I’m in LOVE with Kid icarus Uprising
The reason Kid Icarus Uprising is so damn good is the same reason I see Earthbound as amazing.
It has a epic story, but the game doesn’t take itself to seriously, Every character in the game is brimming with well character, from Palutana and her nerdyness and her puns made for public radio. To a comic book superhero sun god, everyone is absolutely crazy and they play off each other perfectly, It’s a whole greek pantheon, and everyone is funny as hell.
It doesn’t hurt that the actual combat is really fun once you get the hang of it, mind you the combat in the air is straightforward rail sequences while the ground combat is fairly tricky to get used to, but once you get used to it its crazy fun.
KIP PASSES OUT
I had a vasovagal reaction earlier today, started sweating bullets, ran to the waiting room of an office and tried to wait it out, next thing I notice someone is saying something in a really distressed manner and suddenly the doctor’s assistant (I was in a dentist’s office at the time) puts a ice pack on the back of my neck and on my head. After what felt like forever I finally opened my eyes, noticed that I really pale. (whiter than the computer I’m typing on (its a macbook))
Anyway they then took my blood pressure and checked my pulse, It was dangerously low. 84/48 or thereabouts. it gradually began climbing back up throughout the ordeal.The head dentist checked on me, it seemed like half the nurses in the building checked up on me to. They let me go about 45 minutes later when my blood pressure normalized.
Now I’m stuck with a pounding headache, but I’m really thankful for the assistance given by the nurses and everyone who helped me out. I just hope I don’t pass out again when I am in more danger of doing something disastrous. like creating another scar on my head.
Today I learned:
Surviving the zombie apoclapce with 2 friends is HARRRRRD work
Me KS and a friend(who whishes to remain anon) played heavy rain L4D2, and we had loads of fun but we died allot.

So I was filling out my common app forms for some cathloic college and I wrote in the following

So my dad has breast cancer…
